Student Data Is Confidential
ObserveTrack may contain confidential student information. Treat all student names, notes, reports, logs, and summaries as private information.
Use Approved Accounts
Use your approved school or work Google account when possible. Do not share your login with anyone else.
Access Is Role-Based
Users should only view students and sites they are assigned to. If you can see a student or site you should not have access to, notify the ObserveTrack owner or site administrator.
Sharing Reports
Only share reports with authorized staff, guardians, or team members who have a legitimate educational reason to review the information.
Screenshots and Public Sharing
Do not post or share screenshots that include student names, behavior data, notes, reports, or other identifying information.
Notes and Private Details
Staff notes may include sensitive context. Use professional, factual language. Avoid unnecessary personal opinions.
Exports and Backups
Exported files may contain confidential student information. Store downloaded files securely and do not upload them to public locations.

What To Do If Access Looks Wrong
If you believe your account has incorrect access, contact the ObserveTrack owner or your site administrator. Do not continue viewing student data you should not access.
No Access Assigned Yet
Your account is signed in, but ObserveTrack access has not been assigned. Contact your site administrator or ObserveTrack owner.
Before sharing or exporting data, confirm:
- I selected the correct student.
- I selected the correct date range.
- I removed sections that are not needed.
- I am sharing only with authorized people.
- I am storing exported files securely.
Admin Privacy Checks
- Review Permission Audit regularly.
- Review Launch Readiness before adding new users.
- Archive inactive students instead of deleting records.
- Export backups securely.
- Confirm staff access after role changes.
